Disassembly and Assembly

Disassembly
1. Remove the instrument panel.





2. Remove the three center duct screws, A/C evaporator register duct, and the RH and LH side window defogger register ducts.





3. Remove the wiring harness.
4. Remove the vacuum harness.





5. Remove the ten instrument panel brace screws and the instrument panel brace.
6. Remove the six passenger side air bag bracket screws and the passenger side air bag bracket.





7. Remove the six instrument panel defroster opening grille screws.
8. Remove the instrument panel defroster opening grille.

Assembly
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
