QT2 Vehicle Preparation

Perform all of the following safety steps required to run ABS quick test:

- Apply the parking brake.

- Place the gearshift lever firmly into the PARK (P) position (NEUTRAL [N] on M/T).

- Block the drive wheels.

- Turn OFF all of the electrical loads.

- Lamps

- A/C-heater blower fans, etc.

- Have all of the safety steps been performed and all of the electrical loads turned OFF?

YES -- Proceed to QT3. QT3 Check Anti-Lock Brake Indicator

NO -- Personal safety and correct diagnostic results are dependent on test step QT2. Do not proceed with quick test if vehicle preparation cannot be performed. Repeat this step.
