Ventilation System

VENTILATION - FRESH AIR






Ventilation features are:
^ Outside air intake from the cowl area.
^ An optional cowl-mounted pollen filter.
^ Exhaust vents in the luggage compartment.

Air Distribution
Outside air is drawn into the vehicle through the cowl. Air distribution within the vehicle is controlled by:
^ The electronic automatic temperature control.
^ The driver using manual override of the electronic automatic temperature control system.

Air enters the passenger compartment from the:
^ Instrument panel registers.
^ Front floor duct.
^ Defroster nozzle.
^ Side window demisters.
^ Rear floor duct.
^ Rear console registers (with five-passenger seating only).

Passenger compartment air is exhausted from the vehicle through open windows or quarter vent air grilles.
