DOOR HINGES - CORRECT SERVICE PROCEDURE - SERVICE TIP

ISSUE:
A new service procedure has been developed for vehicle door hinges. The door hinges are not to be disassembled.

ACTION:
When servicing door hinges, the entire hinge is to be replaced (a complete assembly). If the door is to be removed for service, the door hinge-to-door attaching bolts must be removed from both upper and lower hinges. Retain the attaching bolts for reassembly.
