67-4: Check For Repeatability of Failure

NOTE: The system will run a self-check of the pump motor speed sensor the first time that vehicle speed reaches 30 kph (19 mph) only.

NOTE: You must stop the vehicle and turn the ignition OFF to repeat this check.

- Start vehicle and drive through the pump check speed. Repeat this a few times.

- Does the ABS light come on each time the vehicle reaches the pump check speed and the anti-lock brake control module stores a DTC 67?

YES -- Replace pump and motor assembly.

NO -- Reverify DTC 67. If DTC 67 returns, replace anti-lock brake control module.
