Semi-Automatic Temperature Control ModuleTechnical Instructions
1. Turn ignition key off.
2. Using Tool T87P-19061-A, partially remove the semi-automatic temperature control module from the instrument panel. Do not disconnect at this time. Inspect the top of the module for sticker with the letters "OTP" or a white paint daub. If the sticker or paint daub is present, reinstall the module and release the vehicle. If the sticker or paint is not present, continue with this procedure.
3. Connect Rotunda Memory Saver 014-R1064 or equivalent.
4. Open the hood and disconnect battery negative cable.
5. Remove the temperature control module from the instrument panel and disconnect the electrical connectors and vacuum harness.
6. Remove and discard the vacuum harness from the new module assembly.
7. Connect the existing electrical connectors and vacuum harness to the new module.
8. Position the module assembly into the track in the instrument panel and push it until it latches firmly in place.
9. Connect battery negative cable and close hood.
10. Remove Rotunda Memory Saver.
11. Verify proper fan operation.
