Clutch Switch: Service and Repair

Pedal Assembly:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the clutch pedal position (CPP) switch electrical connector.





2. Loosen the CPP switch locknut.
3. Unscrew the CPP switch from the support bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. After installation, adjust the pedal height.
- Tighten the CPP switch locknut to 14-18 Nm (124-159 inch lbs.).
