Alternator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect the battery ground cable
2. Remove the drive belt.
3. Remove the coolant tank reservoir.





4. Disconnect the two electrical connectors.





5. Remove the generator bolts and the generator.





6. Disconnect the generator electrical connectors
1. Remove the battery power nut and washer.
2. Disconnect the battery positive cable.

INSTALLATION













1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
