Oil Separator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the intake manifold.







2. Disengage the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve cap from the two tabs and position the PCV valve and hose aside.







3. Remove the bolts and remove the crankcase vent oil separator.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: Clean and inspect the gasket mating surfaces.
