Turbine Shaft:
There are two end play checking fixture adaptors available for checking end play on THM 700-R4 transmissions. (See Figure 1.)
J-34725 is used for 298 mm style turbine shafts, and J-25022 is used for 245 mm style turbine shafts.
Be certain to use the correct tool and follow the service manual procedure when checking end play.
