Timing Belt Tension Gauge:
When using timing belt tension gauge J-26486-A, it should be noted the scale reads is newtons on the inside scale and in pounds on the outside scale (see illustration). The newton scale is in graduations of one hundreds (example: .5 = 50 newtons).
If your gauge does not have the -A detail, it can be ordered through Kent-Moore Tool Division (P/N J-26486-1).
