Driveshaft Yoke - Transmission Fluid leaks

Some 1984 K Trucks and K-Blazers may exhibit a transmissions fluid leaking condition from the front yoke on the rear propeller shaft. This condition may be caused by the cup plug in the rear of the yoke which may not be sealing properly. (See Figure No. 1).
If this condition is encountered, the yoke assembly must be replaced.
