Continuous Noise

1. Check fan belt tension. Deflection of fan belt should be no more than .4 inch.
2. Ensure cooling fan is secure.
3. Check water pump bearing for wear and damage.
4. Check operation of alternator and vacuum pump.
5. Ensure valve clearances are satisfactory. Refer to specifications.
