Drive Belt: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Insert a 1/2-inch breaker bar into the tensioner pulley.
2. Rotate the tensioner to the left (counter clockwise).
3. Belt .

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Route belt over all the pulleys except the water pump.
2. Insert a 1/2-inch breaker bar into the tensioner pulley.
3. Rotate the tensioner pulley to the left (counter-clockwise).
4. Belt over the water pump pulley.
5. Check the belt for correct "V" groove tracking.
