MODELS: 1988 C/K
A ticking noise due to blower motor vibration may be heard on some 1988 C/K trucks. The ticking noise is noticeable at all blower speeds. Should a customer comment about the noise, it may be eliminated by installing a new blower motor and new fan. The new blower motor has a ribbed base flange that reduces vibration, and the new fan is specially designed for operation with the new motor.
