Vacuum Modulator Replace

1. Raise and support vehicle.

2. Remove pipe from modulator port, then the hose from vacuum modulator.

3. Remove vacuum modulator attaching screw and clip, then the modulator and seal.

4. Clean all parts with soapy water and air dry.

5. Check modulator and pipe for kinks, cracks and damage.

6. Check hoses for cracks, wear and dry rot.

7. Reverse procedure to install, using new seal, ensuring pipe is not twisted or bent. Add transmission fluid as necessary.
