SUBJECT: IMPROVED JACK ASSEMBLY WITH INCREASED LIFT HEIGHT (REPLACE ASSEMBLY)

MODELS: 1989-1991 T PICKUP WITH OFF-ROAD SUSPENSION (ZM6)


A jack assembly with increased lift height has been released for T pickups with the off-road suspension (ZM6) package and P235/75R-15 on-off road tires. This revision will allow easier tire/wheel removal. Vehicles built after the following VIN break-
points have the redesigned jack assembly installed at production:

SERVICE PROCEDURE:

1. Remove jack from vehicle storage container.

2. Install new jack in storage container.
