Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Check to see that HORN-DM and/or In-Line fuse(s) are not blown. If blown, locate and repair source of overload and replace fuse(s).
2. If fuse(s) are not blown, proceed with the following diagnostic procedures.
