Dieseling/Run-On

Definition: Engine continues to run after key is turned "OFF", but runs very roughly. (If engine runs smoothly, check ignition switch).

Perform careful visual and physical check as described at the beginning of Symptoms.

Perform "Diagnostic Circuit Check."

Injectors for leakage. Pressurize system by energizing fuel pump through the fuel pump test connector.
