Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

Before proceeding to the system diagnosis, perform the following visual inspections.

1. Check to see that PWR ACC circuit breaker is resetting. Replace if not resetting.
2. Make sure all linkages and latching mechanisms are not sticking or binding.
