Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Service and Repair

An engine can be damaged if it is operated without crankcase ventilation. Therefore, it is important to perform the functional check at the correct intervals.

Replace crankcase ventilation components as diagnosis requires. Make sure to replace any component with parts that meet the OE standards.

Inspect the crankcase vent tube assembly and replace if any signs of deterioration are present.
