Assemble

1. Install sleeve onto hub. Check scribe marks for correct position.

2. Install spring into key.

3. Position assembly as shown.

4. Push ball into sleeve using screwdriver, then push sleeve down just enough to retain ball.

5. Slide sleeve up just enough to install each of the two remaining balls (one at a time).

6. Install synchronizer rings. Ensure ring tangs line up with the keys.

7. Center hub, keys and balls by pushing on the synchronizer rings. Balls will click into position.
