INSPECTION AND REPAIR FOR UPPER HINGE BOLTS (AE7 AND A95)

Seat Bolts:

1. Unzip the drivers seat back and inspect for missing upper slave hinge bolts. If the bolts are installed. proceed to step 2. If the bolts are missing, proceed to Repair Section below.

2. Zip trim back down.

3. Repeat the procedure on the passengers seat.


4. Install "Campaign Identification Label".

REPAIR

1. With the seat back trim unzipped. install the two upper slave hinge bolts and torque to 20 35 Nm or 15-26 lbs.ft.
2. Zip trim back down.
3. Repeat procedure on passenger's seat.
4. Install "Campaign Identification Label."

INSPECTION AND REPAIR FOR SEAT CUSHION TRACK BOLT(S) (A52, AE7 AND A95)

Track Assembly:

1. With the seat cushion in the center of the adjuster inspect for the missing seat cushion track assembly bolt.
2. Install seat cushion track assembly bolt to the cushion frame and torque to 16-20 Nm or 12-15 lbs. ft.
3. Repeat the procedure on the right hand side for seats AE7 or A95.

4. Install "Campaign Identification Label."

PARTS INFORMATION

Parts are to be obtained from General Motors Service Parts Operation (GMSPO). To ensure that these parts will be obtained as soon as possible, they should be ordered from GMSPO on a C.I.O. order with no special instruction code but order under an advise code (2).
