If oil was removed from the A/C system during discharge, it must be replenished.

1. Ensure correct bottle of PAG oil for R-134a A/C system. Adjust O-ring around PAG oil bottle to required charge level. For example: If bottle oil level is at 4 1/2 ounces of oil is required, adjust O-ring to 3 1/2 ounces as final level mark.
2. Install bottle to oil injection system on back of unit. Keep bottle tightly capped at all times.

CAUTION: Never open oil injection valve while there is positive pressure in A/C system. Never let oil level drop below pickup tube while charging or replenishing.

3. Open valve at top of plastic container and watch level of oil being drawn into system. Close valve when required amount of oil charge has entered system.
