Fuel Temperature Sensor: Testing and Inspection

The scan tool displays fuel temperature in degrees (celsius/fahrenheit). Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 42 or DTC 43 indicate a failure in the fuel temperature sensor circuit. Refer to Computers and Control System/Testing and Inspection/Diagnostic Trouble Code Charts/Diagnostic Charts.
