Dieseling/Run-On

SYMPTOM DEFINITION:
Engine continues to run after key is turned "OFF," but runs very roughly. If engine runs smoothly, check ignition switch and adjustment.

FUEL SYSTEM
Check:
^ Evaporative system and fuel tank venting.
^ Fuel injector(s) for leakage. For TBI injector diagnosis, refer to "Chart A-3." Related Tests, Information and Procedures
^ Idle speed control actuator operation.
