Component Tests and General Diagnostics

1. Check to see that PWR - ACCY Circuit Breaker and CIG LTR Fuse 13 are not blown. If fuse is blown, locate and repair source of overload, then replace fuse. If Circuit Breaker is open, locate and repair source of overload, then check breaker for proper operation. If breaker does not reset, replace breaker.
