LubricateSteering and Suspension
Lubricate the front suspension (or every 12 months, whichever occurs first). Lubricate ball joints, kingpin bushings, steering linkage, transmission shift linkage, transfer case shift linkage, parking brake cable guides, rear driveline center splines, front axle propshaft splines and brake pedal springs. Ball joints and kingpin bushings should not be lubricated unless their temperature is -12 degrees C (10 degrees F) or higher or they could be damaged.

Lubricate clutch fork ball stud.

Radiator Cooling Fan
If your engine has a thermostatically controlled cooling fan, inspect hoses and ducts for proper hook-up (or every 12 months, whichever occurs first). Be sure the valve works properly. U.S. vehicles only.
Heat Shield, Exhaust
Inspect shields and underhood insulation For damage or looseness. Adjust or replace as required. U.S. vehicles only.
Fluid - Differential
Inspect front/rear axle fluid level and add fluid as needed. Inspect constant velocity joints and axle seals for leaking.
Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose
Inspect the air intake system installation to assure that gaskets are properly sealed and that all hose connections, fasteners and other components are tight. Also check to be sure that the air cleaner housing is properly seated and the cover fits tightly. Tighten connections and fasteners or replace damaged parts as necessary. U.S vehicles only.

Or every 12 months, whichever occurs first.

Only vehicles under 8,600 lbs. GVWR.
Fluid - A/T
Only vehicles under 8,600 lbs. GVWR. Manual transmission fluid does not require change.

Or every 12 months, whichever occurs first.
Air Filter Element
Clean/Repack
Wheel Bearing
Clean and repack the front wheel bearings (or at each brake relining whichever occurs first).
Flush
Cooling System
Drain, flush and refill cooling system with coolant (or every 24 months). Inspect the coolant hoses and replace the hoses if the following conditions exist; cracking, swelling, deterioration. Tighten all of the clamps (except the constant tension clamps). Remove debris and clean the outside of the radiator and air conditioning condenser. Wash the radiator neck. Pressure test the radiator and the cap.
