DESCRIPTION
This electrical device is used to control fluid acting on the [1][2]Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) converter clutch valve, which then controls TCC apply and release. This solenoid is attached to the transmission case assembly extending into the pump cover. This normally open ON/OFF TCC solenoid is used in combination with the TCC control solenoid to provide a complete TCC engagement when necessary.
