Removing Rotor From Spindle. K3500 Models:

NOTICE: The front wheel bearings are not serviceable. The hub and bearing must be replaced as a complete unit.

REMOVE
1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Brake caliper.
3. Drive axle nut.
4. Remove rotor retaining bolts, Fig. 3, then using a wheel puller, remove hub/rotor assembly, Fig. 4.

INSTALL
1. Reverse procedure to install. Torque drive axle nut to 173 lb ft
