Exterior Lamps

With the Ignition Switch in RUN or START, voltage is supplied from the TURN B/U Fuse to the Backup Light Switch (manual transmission) or Park Neutral Position Switch (automatic transmission). Whenever the gear selector lever is shifted to REVERSE, the Backup Light Switch (manual transmission) or Park Neutral Position Switch (automatic transmission) closes and voltage is supplied to the Backup Lights. The Backup Lights remain lit as long as the switch is closed.
