Engine should be at operating temperature 92°C to 104° (196°F to 222°F) and in "Closed Loop." IAC valve counts should be 15 to 40. Add two counts for engines with less than 500 miles. Add two counts for every 1000 ft. above sea level.

Manual Transmission (in neutral) 950 RPM (+/- 25)

Engine should be at operating temperature 92°C to 104° (196°F to 222°F) and in "Closed Loop." IAC valve counts should be 5 to 20. Add two counts for engines with less than 500 miles. Add two counts for every 1000 ft. above sea level.
