Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Check condition of RADIO, TAIL LPS, HORN/DM and INSTR LPS Fuse(s). If fuse(s) is blown, locate and repair source of overload. Replace fuse(s).
2. In all cases of poor reception, install test antenna and lead cable in place of original; if reception is acceptable, replace antenna lead cable. If reception is still poor, replace radio and retest.
