This bulletin is being issued to inform dealerships and technicians of a misplaced trouble tree with the correct title DTC 21 THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR (TPS) CIRCUIT (SIGNAL VOLTAGE HIGH). The trouble tree is to be replaced with the trouble tree which is included in this Service Manual Bulletin on the following pages:
