Park, Side Marker, and License Lamps
The Park, Side Marker and License Lamps are energized whenever the Headlamp Switch is in the Park Lamp or the Headlamp position. Voltage is available at all times to the Headlamp Switch from PARK LPS Fuse 9 through the BRN (240) wire. When the switch is not in the OFF position. this voltage is available on the BRN (9) wire. The BRN (9) wire distributes this voltage to the front Park and Tarn Signal Lamps and to the front Side Marker Lamps. If the vehicle has Sealed Beam Headlamps, there is a single Park and Tarn Signal Lamp and a single Side Marker Lamp on each side. If the vehicle has Composite Headlamps, there are two Park and Tarn Signal Lamps (the Inner and the Outer) and a single Side Marker Lamp on each side. Grounding for the Left Front Park and Tarn Signal Lamp(s) and the Left Front Side Marker Lamp is through the BLK (150) wire to Ground GlO8. Grounding for the Right Front Park Tarn Signal Lamp(s) and the Right Front Side Marker Lamp is through the BLK (151) wire to Ground G109.
The BRN (9) wire also distributes the voltage to the four park lamp bulbs at the rear of the vehicle, to the License Lamp, and to the optional Trailer W~ring Provision Connector C406 if provided. There is a single park lamp bulb in each Tail Lamp and in each Park and Tarn Signal Lamp. The Left Rear Tail Lamp and the Left Rear Park and Tarn Signal Lamp are grounded by the BLK (150) wire to Ground G400. The Right Rear Tail. Lamp, the Right Rear Park and Tarn Signal Lamp, and the License Lamp are grounded by the BLK (250) wire at Ground G401.
