Rear Liftgate Release

When the Rear Window Release button is pressed on the Transmitter and the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver receives a valid VAC, the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver supplies ground at Connector C2 Terminal B. Then supplies ground for the Liftgate Lock/Latch Module to release the Rear Liftgate Motor. Ground for the Rear Liftgate release motor is supplied through the Park/Neutral Position and Backup Lamp Switch only in the PARK or NEUTRAL position. This prevents the window from being opened while the vehicle is being driven.
