Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Drain the coolant, partially.
2. The air cleaner from the vehicle.
3. The coolant recovery reservoir or surge tank.
4. The upper fan shroud.
5. The lower fan shroud.
6. The fan and clutch from the engine.
7. The electrical connections from the radiator.
8. The clamps from the upper and lower hoses at radiator
9. The transmission oil cooler lines from the radiator.
10. The oil cooler lines from the vehicle.
11. The radiator.

INSTALLATION
1. The radiator.
2. The oil cooler lines from the vehicle.
3. The transmission oil cooler lines.
4. The clamps from the upper and lower hoses at radiator.
5. The electrical connections from the radiator.
6. The fan and clutch from the engine
^ Tighten the fan and clutch retaining bolt/nuts to the following to 57 Nm (42 ft. lbs.).
7. The lower fan shroud.
8. The upper fan shroud.
^ Tighten the upper and lower fan shroud retaining bolts to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
9. The coolant recovery reservoir.
10. The air cleaner from the vehicle.
11. Refill the coolant.
