Composite Headlamp Replacement

Description:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Make sure the headlamp switch is off.
2. The radiator grille.
3. The bolts retaining the composite headlamp to the radiator support.
^ Do not move the adjustment screws.
4. The composite headlamp retaining screws.
5. The electrical connector from the headlamp assembly.
6. The composite headlamp from the vehicle.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. The electrical connector to the headlamp assembly.
2. The composite headlamp to the vehicle.
3. The bolts to retain the composite headlamp to the radiator support.

Tighten:
^ The bolts to retain the composite headlamp to the radiator support to 11 Nm (97 lb. in.).

4. The radiator grille.
