Low and Reverse Clutch Support Installation

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the low/reverse clutch race. Simultaneously, turn and insert the race.
2. In order to check the race proper operation, rotate the race. The race should only rotate in one direction.





3. Install the low/reverse clutch support retainer spring into the case.





Important: Align the wide support notch with the wide case notch.

4. Install the low/reverse support, roller, and the race assembly into the case.





5. Install the low/reverse support retainer ring into the case with the hub portion pointing down.
