Troubleshooting Hints

1. Check condition of GAUGES Fuse 4. If fuse is blown, LOCATE and REPAIR source of overload. Replace fuse.
2. If fuse is not blown proceed with diagnostics.
3. If panel illumination; turn signal indicators, high beam indicator and safety belt indicator are all inoperative, check BLK (150) wire for an open.
4. If all indicators (except those noted in hint 3) and all Gauges are inoperative, check PNK (39) wire for an open.
5. If all Gauges and PRNDL display are inoperative, check BLK/WHT (151) wire for an open.
6. Check Engine Cooling System for proper operation prior to diagnosing the Temperature Gauge.
7. Ensure there is fuel in the Fuel Tank prior to diagnosing the Fuel Gauge.
8. Ensure the Engine Oil Pressure is within specifications prior to diagnosing the Oil Pressure Gauge.
