Activation

1. Write down any 6-digit number and keep it in a safe place.
2. Turn ignition lock cylinder to "ACCESSORY" or "RUN" position.
3. Press PWR button to turn radio "off."
4. Press preset buttons "1 and 4" together. Hold them down until "- " shows on the display.
^ You are now ready to enter your code. Do not wait more than 15 seconds between each step.
5. Press the SET button. "000" appears on the display.
6. Press the SEEK button to make the first number appear.
7. Press the SCAN button until the first digit of your code appears.
8. Press the SEEK button until the second digit of your code appears.
9. Press the SCAN button until the second digit of your code appears.
10. Press the SEEK button until the third digit of your code appears.
11. Press the SCAN button until the third digit of your code appears.
12. Press the AM-FM button. "000" appears, you can now enter the last three digits of your code.
13. Press SEEK button until the fourth digit of your code appears.
14. Press the SCAN button until the fourth digit of your code appears.
15. Press SEEK button until the fifth digit of your code appears.
16. Press the SCAN button until the fifth digit of your code appears.
17. Press SEEK button until the sixth digit of your code appears.
18. Press the SCAN Button Until the sixth digit of your code appears.
19. Press the AM-FM button; "REP" appears for 5 seconds, then "000" appears.
20. Repeat steps 6 through 11. "SEC" will be displayed, meaning your radio is secured.
