Daytime Running Lamp Control Unit: Service and Repair

Description:

Remove or Disconnect
- Make sure the headlamp switch is in the OFF position.
- Make sure the ignition switch is on the LOCK position.
1. Roll back the instrument panel.
2. Tape holding the DRL module and diode module to the wiring harness.
3. Open the gray case and remove the diode module board (diode module only).
4. Open the black case and remove the DRL module board (DRL module only).

Install or Connect
1. Insert the diode module board into the gray case (diode module only).
2. Insert the DRL module board into the black case (DRL module only).
3. Close the case.
- Wrap tape around the modules and wiring harness.
