Auxiliary Evaporator Underbody Front Inlet Tube:

Auxiliary Evaporator Underbody Side Tube Assemblies:

Auxiliary Evaporator Underbody Rear Tube Assembly:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Discharge and recover refrigerant from the system.
2. Auxiliary evaporator underbody side inlet tube from the auxiliary evaporator rear tube assembly.
3. O-ring seal.
4. Auxiliary evaporator underbody side inlet tube from the auxiliary evaporator underbody front tube.
5. O-ring seal.
6. Bolts retaining clips on tube to the body.
7. Auxiliary evaporator underbody side inlet tube from the vehicle.

Install or Connect

1. Auxiliary evaporator underbody side inlet tube to the vehicle.
2. Bolts retaining clips on tube to the body.

Tighten

- Bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

3. New O-ring seal.
- Coat O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
4. Auxiliary evaporator underbody side inlet tube to the auxiliary evaporator underbody front inlet tube.

Tighten

- Fitting to 27.5 N.m (20 lb ft).

5. New O-ring seal.
- Coat O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
6. Auxiliary evaporator underbody side inlet tube to the auxiliary evaporator underbody rear tube assembly.

Tighten

- Fitting to 27.5 N.m (20 lb ft).

7. Refrigerant to the system.
- Check the system for leaks.
