Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate:

Remove or Disconnect
1. Negative battery cable. Refer to Service Precautions.
2. Instrument panel cluster trim plate.
3. Electrical connector(s) at the back of the headlamp switch.
4. Switch from the plate by releasing the retaining tabs on the sides of the switch and pulling the switch out of the plate.

Install or Connect
1. Headlamp switch to the plate by snapping into place.
2. Electrical connector(s) to the back of the switch.
3. Instrument panel cluster trim plate.
4. Negative battery cable.
