Wheel Stud Replacement (Full-Floating Axle)

Wheel studs are serrated and may also be swaged in place; however, the replacement procedure remains the same for both types of installation.





1. Press the wheel studs out of the hub flange.





2. Press the new wheel studs into place
^ Make sure of a tight fit.
^ When replacing all of the wheel studs, make sure that the hub oil deflector (if equipped) is in position under the wheel bolt heads.
