1-2 Accumulator Installation

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Inspect the valve body spacer plate and screens for damage or debris.





2. Install checkball into case.





3. Place the spacer plate to case gasket (identified by a "C") and the spacer plate to valve body gasket (identified by a "V") on the spacer plate. Retain gaskets on the spacer plate with TRANSJEL(r) J 36850 or equivalent.
4. Place the spacer and the spacer plate gasket on the case.





5. Install the spacer plate support plate.
6. Install the spacer plate support bolts.





7. Install the 1-2 accumulator housing assembly.
8. Install the 1-2 accumulator housing bolts.
- Tighten the bolts to 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.).
