Using 1998 Service Information for 1999 C/K Truck Model Year
Models:
1999 C/K Tahoe, Yukon, and Suburban Models
GM is shortening the 1998 model year and lengthening the 1999 model year for its family size sport utility vehicles the Tahoe, Yukon, and Suburbans. The 1999 model year for GM's full size sport utility vehicles will begin February 2, 1998.
Dealers should utilize 1998 service information to service 1999 model year full size sport utility vehicles built February 2, 1998 and after. The 1998 information should be utilized until 1999 information becomes available.
