Alignment Specifications

NOTE: Vehicles must be jounced three times before checking the alignment in order to eliminate a false geometry reading.

For 4WD and AWD only: The front suspension Z height dimension 122 mm ± 6.0 mm (4.8 in. ± 0.2 in.); left and right side to be equal within 6 mm.


Caster: (ZR2/Z85/ZM6/G51)
Check +2° ± 1°
Set (1) (4) +2° ± 0.5°

Caster: (All others)
Check +3° ± 1°
Set (1) (4) +3° ± 0.5°

Camber:
Check (2) +0° ± 1°
Set (1) +0° ± 0.5°

Total Toe:
Check 0.1° ± 0.1°
Set 0.1° ± 0.05°


(1) The left side and the right side to be equal within 0.5°.
(2) The left side and the right side to be equal within 1.0°.
(3) The steering wheel must be held in the straight ahead position with ± 3.0°. The front individual toe must be equalized relative to the rear wheel thrust angle.
(4) The GVW alignment is the same for all of the vehicles.
