Oil Pump Body Disassemble

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the pump slide inner and outer springs.
2. Place a rag over the springs while removing them to prevent the springs from flying out.





3. Remove the oil pump rotor and pump vane rings.
4. Remove the pump vanes,
5. Remove the rotor guide.





6. Remove the pump slide, pump slide support seal and the pump slide seal.
7. Remove the O-ring slide seal back-up seal and the oil seal (slide to wear plate) ring.
8. Remove the pivot slide pin and the pivot pin spring.
