Oil Pump Cover Assemble

- J 38735-3 Stator Shaft Seals Installation Pusher
- J 39855-1 Stator Shaft Seals Installation Protector
- J 39855-2 Stator Shaft Seals Installation Sizer





1. Install the oil seal stator shaft rings.
2. Place stator shaft seal sizer over the seals.
3. Leave the sizer on the stator shaft until just before the pump is to be install in the transmission.





4. Install the pressure relief ball and pressure relief spring.
5. Install the pressure relief bolt rivet.
6. Install the oil pump cover screen seal on the screen.
7. Install the oil pump screen in the pump cover.





8. Install the converter clutch valve inner and outer springs.
9. Install the converter clutch valve.
10. Install the stop valve and the oil pump converter clutch valve retaining ring.





11. Install the pressure regulator valve.
12. Install the pressure regulator isolator spring and the pressure regulator valve spring.
13. Install the reverse boost valve in the reverse boost valve sleeve.
14. Install the reverse boost valve and sleeve in the pump cover.
15. Install the oil pump reverse boost valve retaining ring.
